Nicky Romero is one of the most respected producers in progressive house for a reason, but his consistency has been the subject of recent criticism. Despite his best-in-the-business sound design, the Dutch artist has struggled to turn out music at the same rate in the past year or so.

However, Romero recently took to social media to explain the momentary lapse to his fans. In a post to his Facebook page, he explains:
