You likely haven’t heard the name Prince Fox yet, but if the EP he’s got in the works is as good as it sounds like it’s gonna be then his name will become a household term in no time. The NYC-based future house/future bass producer has announced the release of his debut EP, Musings, and commemorated it with a variation in production of his first big single.
The original “Wait Until Tomorrow” came out earlier in the year, but the V.I.P. trades its deep/future house groove with a crystalline future bass melody. The vocal top line remains largely untouched – and probably for the better, as it makes for the most memorable element of either version.
Aside from “Wait Until Tomorrow,” Prince Fox has only released remixes of artists like SNBRN, Atlas Bound and Cazzette, so it’s hard to know what to expect from his upcoming EP. It comes out on October 9th through Casablanca though, so stay on the lookout at that time.
