Shortly after the turn of the new year is as good a time as any for a world-class DJ/producer to remind their fans that they’ve got an album on the way. Wolfgang Gartner, for instance, has taken the opportunity to reveal that his long-awaited follow up to 2011’s Weekend In America will come out shortly before the end of the month.
2015 saw the Kindergarten Recordings founder’s tour derailed by health issues all the way back in February – and that was only a few months after he’d made a spirited return to dance music with the release of “Unholy.” If his tone on social media is any indicator, though, he’d like to make 2016 a do-over year.
Wolfgang Gartner tweeted the following:
January 22nd is the official release date in USA for my new full length album. I’m back bitches! Int’l release dates announced this week.
