The apartment did not appear on screen for very long, but thanks to its sheer opulence and luxury it made quite the impression. The apartment was featured for only a few minutes at the beginning of episode four and was the abode of ultimate nepo-baby Kendall Roy, now the newly appointed CEO of Waystar Royco. The Manhattan triplex showed off the staggering view of the New York skyline that only the truly wealthy get to enjoy in their day-to-day lives, while the rest of us queue to get similar views from the Rockefeller Center and Empire State Building.

The stunning property was designed and developed by Joe McMillan’s DDG and is located in a tower known as 180 East 88th Street. According to The Hollywood Reporter, it is the tallest residence north of 72nd Street on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, meaning that you are treated to some truly breathtaking open views.

The building boasts some rather fantastic amenities for its residents which take up eight whole floors, with only the rest of the building comprising of only 47 residences. If you feel like it you can get some practice in at the basketball court, or work out in the fitness studio, work on your footwork on the soccer pitch, or even socialize with the other residents in the social room or games room. And, of course, a 24/7 concierge is available.

The apartment itself is also remarkable, taking up 5,500 square feet with soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Central Park and the city’s skyline, and a stunning spiral staircase. If you don’t feel like walking up and down the stairs, you can always hop in the private elevator that covers all three floors. There are five bedrooms, with the main suite offering a dressing room, fireplace, and loggia terrace, as well as four beautifully designed bathrooms throughout the property.

For those balmy summer nights, or even those winter ones if you fancy wrapping yourself in blankets, you can head out onto the outdoor terrace and watch the sunset as you sit high above the world and its problems.

If you are interested in this property or simply want to indulge in a little daydreaming, it is currently listed by Michael Gordon for Corcoran.
