Deadline has posted a full list of loglines for the shows on ABC’s Fall schedule, and among them is our very first breakdown of the upcoming Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. spinoff, which is currently titled Marvel’s Most Wanted.
What we have here is quite a bit more in-depth than most of the initial synopses that come our way, and actually looks like it may spoil what’s in store for Bobbi Morse (Adrianne Palicki) and Lance Hunter (Nick Blood) on Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.
According to the logline, the pair will be on the run for some reason when they hook up with Delroy Lindo’s character, Dominic Fortune:
[Marvel’s Most Wanted] Centers on Bobbi Morse (a.k.a. Mockingbird) and Lance Hunter of “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., two ex-spies and ex-spouses who are on the run with no friends, no S.H.I.E.L.D. and a long list of enemies looking to claim a bounty on their heads. Able to trust no one but each other, Bobbi and Hunter form an uneasy alliance with Dominic Fortune, a rogue adventurer with a wealth of resources and even more adversaries, who agrees to protect them so long as they help him with his own agenda. These two heroes will help anyone in need, all while trying to uncover the conspiracy that put their own lives in jeopardy.
Marvel’s Most Wanted was created and written by Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. EP Jeffrey Bell and writer Paul Zbyszewski, with Jeph Loeb also on board as executive-producer. There’s no official premiere date for the show just yet, but we shouldn’t have to wait too much longer for that.
Until then, though, tell us, are you looking forward to checking out the spinoff? Sound off below and let us know.
