Though you may not see much reason to subscribe to any sort of streaming service, DC Universe is definitely worth the money. Boasting animated series such as Young Justice: Outsiders and Harley Quinn, the live action side of things has much to enjoy, too, giving us Titans, Doom Patrol and Swamp Thing. That’s a whole lot of incentive to sign up and if you haven’t done so already, now’s the perfect time.
And that’s because 2019 is going to be a big year for DC Universe, with much to look forward to. Sure, Titans may be finished for now, but Doom Patrol is arriving in February and is currently finding itself with a lot of buzz, while Swamp Thing should be with us in the spring and honestly might just be the crown jewel of the streaming service. At least, if everything we’re hearing about it turns out to be true.
But just in case you need a little more convincing, a new promo has arrived online today which teases what to expect from DC Universe in 2019, including all of the aforementioned shows and more. Suffice it to say, there’s much to get excited about and you’d be wise to hop on board if you haven’t done so already.
As mentioned before, up next will be Doom Patrol and after that first trailer and set of character posters dropped last week, folks are definitely starting to get hyped for it. In fact, it’s already been renewed for a second season and the early buzz surrounding the show’s pretty strong. Not to mention that the small taste of the team we got in Titans went down quite well with fans.
But enough convincing. Simply put, if you haven’t signed up for DC Universe yet, you should definitely look into rectifying that and as more about the service’s upcoming slate of shows arises, we’ll be sure to let you know.
